We all love it. Ryan and I get out and do yard work or outside projects or Ryan plays basketball or cleans up Ginger's poop (thanks, honey!).
The girls do everything from getting dirt on their fancy dresses, to digging in the dirt, to sweeping the dirt like Cinderella. They are also great little garden helpers and gather up all the dandelion seed puff-ball things and blow them EVERYWHERE!!

We got out early on Monday (the girls were in just diapers) and started playing. Then we set up a little blow-up pool which the girls immediately put handfuls of dirt in. I got to gardening: thinning some peach trees by taking a long stick and knocking on the large branches. Pruning some dead branches that I didn't catch with the last pruning. I weeded, I sprayed Round-Up. Ryan edged the lawn. I'm going to have to borrow a propane weed torch from a friend cuz there isn't enough RoundUp in the county to kill all these weeds in the backyard, especially with the girls making dandelion seed bouquets and making thousands of wishes...
My next few gardening steps for me are to plant some basics like zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes and sunflowers. This yard is so huge, but I need some rich soil instead of red dirt for anything to grow. It has so much potential.... I hope we never move!
Now if we could just get all our other unorganized stuff put away or THROWN away....
