
I'm almost 2 weeks back to my "normal" schedule, but I'm having trouble adjusting. I hate it. I'm not tired at night when I should be sleeping, and I can't wake up in the mornings until about 11am. I'm tired all day. Poor Ryan is doing so much while I'm adjusting....It's just silly!
It always took me longer to adjust to day shift vs. night shift... In fact, I don't think I ever fully was on a dayshift schedule, just struggled through to the weekend!
ReplyDeleteIck! It takes almost as long to "unadjust" as it does to adjust. Sorry you're having a tough time. But just remember, anything is better than dayshift ;)
