The Girls Have Learned:

At almost 15 months old, its just fun everyday. The girls make me smile and laugh out loud. They are starting to throw tantrums, but they can also share and be nice to each other. We are usually able to "high-five" and "give kisses" (you feel teeth, then wet) but blowing kisses is another story.

Ady learned that it hurts when Chloe chucks a huge lego across the room and it hits your head.

Chloe can *almost* get in the tub all by herself.

Ady loves to pull things behind her neck and tries to get dressed on her own.

Chloe learned that it's hard to get a slobbery chocolate cookie out of the bottom of a huge lego.

Ady loves to grab your legs or your head or whatever is in closest proximity to her arms and give a sweet hug.

Chloe likes to pull off her diaper - so we try to keep clothes on as MUCH as possible!

Ady learned that it's fun to pull hair, but it's not fun to get your hair pulled.

Chloe finds it hilarious to throw binkies down the stairs.

Both girls like to play with mom and dad's keys: take them to the doorknobs and you can hear tink, tink, tink!

Ady can usually wiggle one or both arms out of the carseat straps on a trip to the store.

Chloe loves to climb up the slide but it's a struggle: it's a triumph once she's on top of the platform.

Both girls like to play "Hide" with the remote. Mommy and Daddy get to play "And Seek."

Ady likes to pick her nose. And when we say 'stop it!' it is really fun to dig deeper.

It's fun to bring a shoe over to Mom and have her put it on my "footie" and then find another shoe to put on my other "footie." Both girls love this lately.

It's a race to see who's faster: Mom changing the poopie diaper of one kid, or the other kid pulling wipes out of the container while mom has her back turned.

Paper is very tasty.

  2. These little snippets of the girls' actions and interactions are gems. we get a glimpse of their little personalities and how they fit into the family puzzle. Even at a great distance, we can get to know them.

  5. Rach--
Thanks for your note. Yeah, I know I'm not at all alone in being a frazzled mommy sometimes. Creed is eleven months almost and a world of trouble already. Let's definitely keep in touch. Your digital scrapbook stuff is amazing!! How DO you find the time? My trouble is that Creed likes to type.....so computer stuff is either only during naptime or fast and furious.
